		The Kowhai Room offers the ultimate in privacy. Decorated in warm cream and earthy tones. Sitting up in the comfortable queen size bed, you have views through a large window across the garden to rolling farmland. During the evening you can relax in your own room, or make use of the sitting area or the lounge with its large fireplace. No deposit is required but to secure your reservation we require a valid credit card number and expiry date and full payment on departure.

Please note we have a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking which applies to cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date.

Cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival will incur a fee of 100% of the total booking.

Please let us know if you are in an emergency situation and are unable to fulfil your booking for that reason. Cancellation fees can be waived.
